Patches to properly handle extended responses for NTCreate&X

Hi,

Attached is a patch to handle extended responses for NTCreate&X
requests for CIFS.

I have tested this patch with captures I have and it seems to decode
the additional information correctly.

Could someone with commit privileges either push it or let me know
what changes are needed please?
