Obfuscating a capture

Hi everybody,

is there an existing way to obfuscate a capture? For instance, select a few
fields and make them zero or random.

I want to find a way to obfuscate captures so we can provide them to other
people, or other people to us (security reasons).

Any ideas? I don't feel like writing it myself!
