You need an extintor IN the room that can handle fire of type AB and C . 
you also need to have some ventilation on the servers room to avoid the 
heat in case of fire. sensors, and a clear and user friendly way to shut 
down the electric system for your servers. of course you must usa all 
non incinerable materials (the floor, and all that).
you must look for a civil engeeniery site in order to get the info.
