3 times is not much, it'll take about 35 times of overwriting the drive with 
a pattern like that to get rid of it to a point of making impossible (99% 
depending on luck, equipment, and quality of program), so 3 isn't that many 
times. Eraser is a good tool for Windows users, it gives you *excellent* 
options, you can even make your own patter to overwrite your hard drive with 
:-). shred is a good command for UNIX to do that also.
