Were it not for latency, the extra delay due to headers and such (using
maxium-size packets) would be about 0.0001 seconds.


Don't forget TCP SYNs and FINs and HTTP setup and teardown.

And you're still using the wrong metric: Throughput is measured in bits per
second. Delay is measured in seconds.
