Hi,
It's really tempting and egalitarian of some of us to think that user
education will solve this problem; but I'd recommend trying to get people to
stop giving out their internet passwords in exchange for a candy bar before
seriously attempting to tackle the phishing problem with this strategy.

I've always wondered about this one. If someone stopped me in the street
and offered me a chocolate bar in exchange for a password, they would most
certainly get a big smile, a dopey look, and a password, and I'd stroll
on, eating my chocolate bar and wondering at the gullibility of market
researchers.

Indeedy, people who don't do this should be subjected to the knife-weilder
suggested in the other thread :)

Stabby stabby.
