An OFFICIAL Home Office document. Oh, and if you read the first part
of the report it would seem that my prediction of a "hand in your
fists" amnesty isn't all that far fetched - except that you'll also
hand in your feet (kicking) and unclenched hands - since open hands do
the strangling!
