From the quote above, a part of which would bother me a little where it
states "", or possess..". What if, say someone wants to do harm to a person or if the CWS type bad guys drop some of these tools during an infestation or using a backdoor Trojan already installed. If the FBI looked at the computer they according to the part about possess, could mean even a person never involved in IP could end up doing jail time. Prison terms? Copyright infringement is a criminal matter now there, not a civil matter between the infringer and the copyright holder? When did this happen? I missed it. DMCA?
