The first ten "Amendments" are called the Bill of Rights and were
written to guarantee the passage of the Constitution.

Maybe you're being metaphorical, but the first amendments weren't
passed, or even formally proposed, until after the constitution was
adopted and put into operation. They couldn't have been since the
process for passing amendments is part of the constitution. And there
were actually 12 proposed. One of them wasn't passed until 1992 (that
one says that no congressional pay raise can take effect until after an
election has taken place. Another one, having to do with the number of
representatives in the House changing with shifts in population, was
never adopted.
