Invasive how?

If you base decisions largely on such scores, it's a bit like
scientifically founded discrimination. You aren't judged by your own
behavior, but that of your neighbourhood, your age group etc. It's
not invasive per se, but I don't think completely automated decision
systems are acceptable, either (and that's why I don't run a regular
spam filter).

I didn't read anything about fully automated systems that *do*
anything. Its not as if it scores you and then directs a gun to shoot
you based on that score. Much like my spam filter - it moves the
suspected message to a folder called "spam" and then I go in and
delete it, after I've verified it to be so.
