-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Brian, I thought you might enjoy just such a thing. I've not attended any "large" events in the sense you are describing. I'm hoping to bring out 2 belt-feds (MG34 and MG42) and assorted sub-guns with a smattering of modern weapons. Certainly we could also hold classes on the various legal uses of defensive weapons -- that is an area I have experience with. I believe it behooves us to test our skills (or learn said skills) at certain weapons drills. Prizes maybe? I have several RC planes that could be up for target practice.. ;) My Idea would be for anyone who comes to pay range time as well as pay for the ammo they plan to use. There are lots of ways to do this that will keep costs down. A few hands to assist in setup would be appreciated. Right now I am trying to get a sight chosen. Let us talk about scheduling next... - -bjl

That would be SWEET!!!! Thank you for the offer! I've played with silencers but have yet to get my little hands on full-auto action. I'd probably have to bring the wife this time though... (shes a huge fan of the ARs). Think I could make Houston from Dallas, in a weekend, and still have time to play (next training trip will probably be to Dallas or Orlando)? Along those lines, have you ever attended the BIG shoot in Arizona? I believe it is officially the largest shoot in the country now (which I would have to guess means its the largest in the world). I haven't been myself but have an open invite - if I want to help set it up (which isn't a bad deal, especially considering the chance to shoot down an RC plane carrying a stick of dynamite with a bolt action rifle). I'll fix you up with some one-on-one time with the sub-guns and belt-feds until your heart is content. I think You need a little Class III getaway... We all do, once in a while.Seriously - anytime. If you are interested I can discuss a bitmore about the NFA weapons available for just such a outing.I think you deserve this after all the crap you've taken on thelist.- -bjl
