Hi,

A friend of mine found a Google referring URL in his server logs for this
search string:

The coming terrorist anthrax attack on los angeles

The interesting thing is the search was done from IP address belonging to
the DHS.

I repeated the Google search and found this questionable Web page:

   http://boozers.fortunecity.com/avery/392/bioterror/bioterror.htm

I agree with your assessment of this web page. The author lists
Botulism as a possible biological weapon to drop on L.A., ignoring the
fact that half of L.A. citizens have already hired someone to inject
it into their bodies.

What's up at the DHS?

Something half-baked, pointless, stupid, and costly that involves
airline passengers or data mining.
