Very True. 

  I for one, don't mind showing ID to get on a Plane.  Heck, I have to show ID to get into a night club or "gentleman's 
club"...

 As long as they're not recording my info and storing it for future use or anythign like that...

There's a big difference between requiring and requesting.

I think there was a decision though that does allow for requiring.
