What's wrong with top posting?  The most important stuff comes first and there is nothing to scroll through to get to 
it.  Newspaper articles use the same technique.

The Republican National Committee is threatening to sue CafePress for
hosting an online venue for vendors to hawk GOP-related regalia like
T-shirts, stickers and portrayals of elephants.

trademarks seriously."
