My favorite is the guarantee. Basically they are saying if your get infected for
no charge they will reformat your machine and start from an original image.

There was a CISSP prep guide that came with a guarantee like that.  Buy the book, 
and if you took the exam twice (at $500 a pop) and still failed, they would refund 
the full $35 purchase price of the book.  (Less shipping and handling.)
