I think you are in furious agreement here.

No morals generally implies a criminal tendency, since crimes are
mostly things that are, except for their antisocial and/or immoral
attributes, attractive one way or another.  (Unattractive things
generally don't get done enough to be made into crimes.)

I also think that "no morals" _is_ "sociopathic" in many respects.
