Nameless network manager with the nsimail.com e-mail account:  You might
want to take a look at the latest (quite stable...) "beta" release
(2.54BETA29?) to see this magical mswin32 folder people speak of   :-P .

Then again, that it for VC++ only. Having a working Cygwin build is a
worthwhile thing, in my opinion, since it saves you a couple hundred
dollars buying the compiler and agreeing to terms in a license that are
not necessarily compatible with developing GPL'd code.
