service: - as previously mentioned and maybe this could be combined with 
port to allow:  service:(http or 80)

Yeah, in a previous post I mentioned the "service:" operator for matching 
unknown services. The operator will, of course, be used for regular service 
matching, like "service:ftp" or "service:http".

version: - detected version.

I suggest making this something like "serviceversion:" ("sversion:"?), to 
distinguish it from the detected OS version - "osversion:".

hostname: - rdns results.

Excellent.

I'll definitely make a final list of operators and their aliases and post them 
here once you guys are done with ideas.
