xgermx, I agree with you. The individual that is setting up the device is able to configure the mentioned VPN and/or VLAN's but if a problem arises with the device and the user isn't around they would like to be able to provide support so an "average user" over the phone to restore basic functionality. My two cents is that once a device is setup correct it should just work unless there is a hardware failure and in that case without redundancy either way they're SOL. With that said I'm just trying to help out a friend and find them a device with a friendly web interface that they may walk the casual user through in order to troubleshoot problems :-). Thanks
