Unattended linux updates

I think they all can, it just depends what you are after.

I would edit /etc/rc.local to add the lines in that will update the OS, for
a apt based one such as Debian or Ubuntu it would be:

apt-get update && upgrade

Then it would update itself automatically on boot. Also if you want it to be
completely unattended you should probably look at something with good update
screening like CentOS, which I believe uses yum.

Personally I've had no problems with Ubuntu and its arguably the most user
friendly.

I should also point out that I am a member of Ubuntu.
