I'm not big on any flavor of unix being billed as 1337 or whatever...
but my experience with dell is that they suck.  And so does their
hardware.  And so does their support.  In fact, if I can possibly avoid
it, I will never do any business with them at all.  These were all
personal transactions, perhaps they are better when you buy corporate
level equipment, but I doubt it.

I don't have the time or patience to detail my various run ins with
them, but I wouldn't bank on them having a clue about anything, except
the art of delay.
