No, it wouldn't.  It would just display that as an item in "USB Link Layer".

If you displayed that in USB Link Layer, without marking it as
Wireshark generated field (and it shouldn't be marked as Wireshark
generated because it was in capture file) it would be confusing.

Then show it as "USB physical layer information", similar to what's done for "802.11 radio layer information".
