PT being penetration testing, or performance testing?

There a dozens of pen-test and vulnerability scanners available.  GFI
Languard, Retina, ISS, Nessus, etc.

Performance testing, make sure you setup your performance counters, MS
has a tool you can use to stress-test websites and web-servers. 
LoadRunner is a stress tester as well.
