If you want to find the websites that are on that ip. It's pretty easy.
http://www.webhosting.info
For example, you want the website on the ip: 222.222.222.222
http://whois.webhosting.info/222.222.222.222

I don't know of any tools, which i'm sure it exits...
Another website is whois.sc ...
