u can sniff the trafic of your net, log all packets recived an transmites to/from 2 ips, u can use ettercap if u use 
linux(trhe windows version is not good) or cain if u use windows.

the person who is using your conetion eventually he/she will check the email and  /or u can capture something 
information what u can use to know the name of this person. finally go to yor bulding admin and ask for the person.
