We hit $3.60+ in Boston.  I'm sure we will break this record this weekend or
earlier next week with so much refining capacity in Texas going offline.

FWIW, gas here in Raleigh, NC (we get our gas from a pipeline from LA)
peaked around ~$3.29/gal for regular in the days after Katrina; it's
currently at about $2.79 for regular at my local station. I did notice when
fueling up this AM that they were stocking up - there was a big gas tanker
there at the time.
