If you read very carefully, you can see reference to 1972 buffer overflows and shellcode, in Fortran.

That's a nice follow-up, I hadn't seen that one yet.Now, I know there are some vulns to be found in the 1965-69 range... let's see some documentation (or mail the OSVDB guys directly, if you want to go for the prize.)
