Guinness is always default unless something interesting such as a
Belgian or local beer is about

or a nice bottle of wine? Shurely its just as geeky to quaff a nice
bottle of red ;)

Kirin tastes good... Anyway, there's nothing like Belgian beers.

Well, Czech beers are not half bad... Austrian ones are cool too.

I have a special liking to Belgian beers that sound like British ones:
1. Gordon Hyland.
2. John Martyn's.

Then there are the honey flavored ones, which you either love or hate:
1. Barbar.
2. Floreph.

I am mis-spelling all of them.. I just never concentrated much on the
names.

Also, it should be noted that whatever else may happen, Guinness is
always default unless something interesting such as a Belgian or local
beer is about.
