I've encountered all too many sysadmins who *don't* know at that point.
They get all confused about why the database won't come up, and when they
finally figure out that Oracle isn't there, they get *really* flustered
when they can't understand why there's not enough room to re-install it.

And some of these people wanted to run honeypots because they'd heard
something about it in a Gartner report.....
