AOL CD with Virus - Old Info

I forget who asked about this but about 1999ish, a buddy of mine
received a 5.X install disk from AOL. After he installed the software,
he had an infection. I don't recall the name of it but I do know that
when he called AOL, they were very aware of the issue.
