File -> Save As Webpage (Complete).
Make the script that gathers your details.
Upload.

It wouldn't take much longer to get a similar looking site as long as 
they had an account there, but if they didn't then yea, it would make 
them take about a day designing a page to look a bit like the 
institution. A day isn't really much time considering the potential 
rewards though.
