here we go, why not a "united world" :-) Lets take Middle east, Japanese, Netherlands, USA, UK, Chinese, and Australian cultures and try to make them compatible. Ok, I'm sure that there are universal things that can hold true, like Pedophilia should be illegal worldwide, murder, etc But, yikes I wouldn't even want to jump into an acceptable TV show in all those countries... Yikes! I could just imagine Japanese "train groping" happening here in the States.... I'm still not sure if it's legal in Japan, but it sure appears to be. Michael P. I had a look at a couple of your URLs. I saw where some person is accusing some other people of being pedophiles. This might or might not be true, I didn't really understand what the article was about. But what it said to me, is that the Japanese cultre is quite different from the European culture. Well, I already knew that. I've been there a few times, and although I won't claim to understand the japanese culture, I could tell how alien it was. For example, they play baseball - can you imagine? I was taken to a match by my hosts, and it was incomprehensible, not remotely like cricket at all. But there's no likelihood that Japan will apply to join the European Community. For a start, Japan isn't in Europe. _______________________________________________ Fun and Misc security discussion for OT posts. https://linuxbox.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/funsec Note: funsec is a public and open mailing list. _______________________________________________ Fun and Misc security discussion for OT posts. https://linuxbox.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/funsec Note: funsec is a public and open mailing list.
