Technically, that's not true. It isn't "censored" so much as it is
considered a by-product of a crime, contraband. Harm is done to
another human, a person's rights are violated. That is why child porn
is "censored".

The way - in the PAST - the supremes in US allow for any kind of
cencorship is when it does HARM to another person's rights. Our
Constitution doesn't say what we are allowed to do - it says what the
government is allowed to do. In theory, we can do anything we want so
long as we don't do harm to another - violate another's rights. You
don't have the right to scream "Fire!" in an occupied theater. Your
rights end at the tip of my nose...etc..
