That 0.77/week almost certainly only includes the electricity actually
consumed by the box, and assumes that the waste heat goes ambient and gets
taken care of with whatever other ambient heat the room has.

When your server room is over a quarter acre, and there's electrical feeds
for 3 megawatts, getting the 3 megawatts *out* of the room becomes a factor
that's both non-trivial and non-cheap.... ;)
