Nope.
What's the moral distinction between "too drunk to know where you're pointing the gun, and therefor reckless", and "too drunk to know where you're pointing the car"?
Pointing a gun in a dangerous direction - drunk or sober - isn't generally legal anywhere. If you're pointing it at someone then you're threatening their life. So far as pointing the car, same goes, there are reckless driving laws you know.
