But when one person's behaviour ruins the evening of a whole bunch of people, the publican faces losing the whole bunch of people if he doesn't do something about the arsehole.
Are the pubs in the UK so large that they can't remember the last arsehole they kicked out? My favorite pool hall holds around 400 people (and they wish it did more often) and they manage to keep track of the people they've barred over the last several years (and that number is up there).
