Col Williamson is part of a dialog in the middle of a debate over warfare
doctrine. People need to step back and look at the big picture
"cyber-warfare" doctrine dialog - in the US, in UK, in the rest of Europe,
in China.

If you want to make a difference, speak up. Put your views on record.
Calling people idiots does not add value to the dialog. You can speak up on
