it is: a wolf, a goat, and a cabbage!

By the way, many local jokes are international:
"polish" jokes (in the USA) are told in Italy about the 
Carabinieri and in Holland about the Belgians.
The jokes told in Belgium about dutch thrift, are told
in Holland about Scotchmen and Jews.
