This is a true statement (leaving out the interpretation of "God" -
consider it to mean whatever you like, nature, apes, aliens...):

God made man, Sam Colt made them equal.

Given that true statement, you're limited on the methods that would be
"fair" for all peoples. My little old grandmother, for instance, has
little chance against a 6ft. 200lb pervert - no matter how much karate
she knows.
