A person can be great, PEOPLE are stupid, panicky fools and ALL
governments are doomed to failure - but its cyclical, so who gives a
damn. Read "The Law" - its freely available on the 'Net (I believe)
and is a quick read. I've read it a dozen times. It could have been
written yesterday....
